106-2 英語自學 問卷調查：填問卷，抽獎品！SL Questionnaire

各位同學好！
Dear Students,

這學期已經接近尾聲，英語自學中心在輔仁英語網路學院（http://engnet.fju.edu.tw/index.asp）的會員登入頁面將自學問卷（學習問卷Survey）公告囉！麻煩各位同學幫忙填寫問卷，一方面可以回顧自己在這學期的成長，另一方面，也歡迎你們跟我們反應給我們的建議與回饋，你們的想法是我們改進的動力！

It’s now close to the end of this semester, so English Self-Learning Center would like to know your experiences and opinions for self-learning activities. We have announced a questionnaire on EngNet (http://engnet.fju.edu.tw/index.asp): Log in 會員登入> 學習問卷 Survey. Please take a few minutes to answer this questionnaire, which will definitely help us understand your learning preferences in order to further improve the English self-learning activities as well as services provided by EngNET and other related units in school. 

好康道相報：填寫問卷還可以抽冰淇淋卷和鑰匙圈！我們將會在填寫問卷的同學中，抽出20位同學各贈送一張冰淇淋卷，2位有小羊鑰匙圈唷！

To show our appreciation, we will draw lots among the questionnaire respondents to give 20 winners an ice-cream coupon, and 2 winners a lovely sheep key chain each!!!
