宗旨 Objective

This databank is mainly to provide reading materials of various genres and themes at different levels to meet individual interests so that students may truly enjoy their chosen readings.

Provided are also many different kinds of worksheets. Students' choices could focus on content, structure, response or commentary, ranging from the most linguistically controlled worksheets to the entirely freely expressed ones. These practices tend to enlarge the students' vocabulary, their comprehension, and increase their reading speed in a natural context.

To further enhance autonomy learning, attached to many texts are comprehension questions, whose answers are provided as soon as the reader submit his/hers.
